ISCA PE is a qualifying examination for graduates with a recognised university Degree in Accountancy or Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Banking and Finance or Economics with a major in Accounting or related subjects; whose qualifications do not meet the direct entry requirements of ISCA membership. All assessment and examination matters with regards to ISCA PE will be handled by ISCA with the exception of preparatory course. The preparatory course is optional and will be conducted by SAA Global Education (formerly known as Singapore Accountancy Academy). The course is available to help PE candidates prepare for the examinations. The average teacher to student ratio in SAA Global Education is 1:28.
- ISCA PE has ceased receiving new candidate applications with effect from 1st April 2014.
- In view of the timeline indicated in the transitional arrangements, we strongly encourage all candidates to complete the PE examinations by 31st December 2017. Upon completion of PE, candidates will have until 31st December 2018 to complete the ISCA PAC and relevant work experience in order to qualify for the “Chartered Accountant of Singapore” professional designation.
- You have 5 years from the date of your candidature confirmation to complete all the modules. Depending on the number of exemptions available, very able students could complete the whole programme in one to one-and-a-half year
- Students need to pass all the ISCA PE modules to graduate from the programme
